"It was exhilarating. It was great to experience both lunar gravity and weightlessness again. I hope that everyone interested in adventure tourism and space will participate in this amazing opportunity."

— Dr. Buzz Aldrin, Apollo 11 Astronaut

"As someone who has studied gravity and black holes all of my life, I am excited to experience, first hand, weightlessness and a zero-gravity environment. I am thankful to Zero Gravity Corporation for making this experience available to the general public."

— Professor Stephen Hawking

Weightlessness is absolutely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that only astronauts have been privileged to experience up to now. Those who have experienced zero gravity call it "amazing" and "life changing" — a rapturous feeling of utter freedom; an exalted state of bliss where the impossible becomes real. And now, this is something you can easily do!

Zero Gravity Corporation
To share the pure joy of weightlessness in a way that is fun, safe, convenient and affordable, Peter H. Diamandis, M.D. (of the X Prize Foundation) and Dr. Byron K. Lichtenberg (a veteran Shuttle Astronaut) founded Zero Gravity Corporation. Their own dreams of personal spaceflight inspired them to create a company whose goal is to fly tens-of-thousands of private individuals into weightlessness each year.

"G-Force One" aircraft

Parabolic flight is the only way to create sustained weightlessness without going into space, and ZERO-G is the only company in the world approved by the FAA to offer this new kind of "adventure tourism" to the general public. The ZERO-G Weightless Experience is not simulated: It is the literally same zero gravity that astronauts experience in Earth's orbit. ZERO-G flies a specially configured "G-Force One" Boeing 727-200 in the same kind of parabolic flight used by NASA to train astronauts for zero gravity in space (and used by movie directors filming The Matrix sequels and Apollo 13).

Vacation from gravity

Your ZERO-G Weightless Experience begins as you meet the crew, coaches and your fellow passengers. You don flight suits (yours to keep) and then an expert Mission Director delivers an inspirational orientation before everyone boards the aircraft.

When "G-Force One" reaches the FAA-assigned 10 X 100-mile "playground," and levels out at about 28,000 feet, the 35 lucky passengers are led into a large cushioned "float area" — a magical Zen-like space where one has no sense of normal flight; no view outside to the horizon. Instead, it is a place where one moment you will be quietly lying on the padded floor; and the next moment, you will rise slowly and begin to float free in the air — absolutely weightless!

The "G-Force One" flight lasts about 90 minutes and features 15 parabolic maneuvers. First, you experience Martian gravity (one-third your weight); then two parabolas of Lunar gravity (one-sixth your weight), and then 12 parabolas at zero gravity — the fantastic ZERO-G Weightless Experience.

Everyone celebrates with a back-to-Earth "re-gravitation" party — there are toasts, awards and mementos that include your ZERO-G flight suit plus personalized photographs and a DVD/video of your unforgettable day.

Easy booking
ZERO-G weightless flights are regularly scheduled on most weekends throughout the year, departing from either of two locations: Las Vegas or the Kennedy Space Center's Shuttle Landing Facility near Orlando.

For families, youngsters as young as 12 are welcome (with parent) and there is no upper age restriction; passengers in their 90s have flown ZERO-G. In general, if you're healthy enough to ride a roller coaster, you can safely enjoy parabolic flight. ZERO-G is "Like nothing on Earth™!"

Price is for the ZERO-G Weightless Experience and includes a 5% excise tax. Price does not include travel to or accommodations at the Florida or Nevada locations.
